Ex- Scotland Rugby player Rowen Shepherd set up Red Sky with his sister Rhona in 2003 and has gone on to guide the careers of some of the biggest names in sport. An inspirational leader, his drive to succeed constantly pushes Red Sky, the athletes and businesses we work with to the next level.

Roly Reid - Performance Coach


Following a career as a professional athlete, Roly has worked as a team and individual coach for 8 years and combines his psychology background with Red Sky’s theory to great effect. His drive to learn has given him in depth knowledge of human behaviours and an ability to spot the incongruent. He is a transformational coach and his conscientious approach helps all our clients to thrive.
